I had some of the WORST customer relations experiences today. I am trying to buy some flats to wear on my upcoming trip to Paris (squee!) so I went to the mall to check some out. The first store I went in had lots of flats, some of them quite nice. I asked the store clerk if I could get a particular one in another size and if I could get it and she said it was fine.
I stood there waiting for the shoes while she chatted with another clerk about whoever and whatever while no shoes were being sought after. This went on for over five minutes.
I walked out.
