The Valley

I currently have over 30 gigs of music on my computer. I think it's time I took a break from ordering albums for a while. I pre-ordered Eisley's latest release, The Valley, last month and I am still waiting for the MerchNow support to let me know when my copy will be/was shipped.
In the meantime, SPIN magazine's website has so graciously put up the album for free streaming online. Two of the tracks, 'Smarter' and 'Ambulance' are available for free download from the website.
One thing I love about this band is that although we hear Stacy and Sherri's voices in all of the songs, each song has a different sound - the instrumentals, the lyrics, the production - it's all brilliant, and this album is no different.
My favourite songs are the first single, 'Smarter', an angry track for someone who didn't care enough, 'Oxygen Mask', a beautifully mastered plea for another chance, 'I Wish', which has the harmonies that I love from Eisley, 'Kind' which is hands-down the best song on this album. I love the arrangements.

EDIT: I received the album and T shirt bundle in the mail on March 9th.
