It's Flower Season!

Yep, it's that time of the year again. The dry season meets the wet and we get April showers. This year the dry season wasn't well, dry, and some plants bloomed much earlier than normal. Fortunately though, they all still flowered during the April showers.
Kedar and I went driving around St. Augustine yesterday evening and took some pictures around the neighbourhoods and by Mt. St. Benedict. I missed the yellow poui blooms since they were a bit earlier so all I managed to capture were the pinks. The pinks are pretty, but the yellows are spectacular. The samaan, immortelle, palms and the fruit trees are all flowering. The mango trees are starting to bear fruit - I love this time of the year!
